You will enjoy mild temperatures no matter what season you travel to the Caribbean. The islands are all in tropical latitudes, however their climate is tempered by the Gulf Stream and trade winds. Many of the islands experience highs in the 80s (F) and lows in the 70s (F) all year long.

Key West, FL

In Tikal, the plaza with seven great stone temples is hidden in the jungle; and at Copan you can see the "Paris of the Mayan world."

Costa Maya, Mexico

The port near Costa Maya is one of the newest jewels of the Mexican Caribbean. This recently developed and unspoiled land is a wonderful starting point to explore the white beaches of Mayan Coast, the incredible, warm Caribbean waters of the Great Maya Reef, and the mysterious, surrounding sacred cities featuring ancient ruins.
