PAYMENTS: Full payment is due upon registration for all guests. Full payment is required with your reservation form and can be made with a credit card or a personal check. Full payment plus $260.71 per person (port taxes and government fees) is due (November 16, 2012) and is required in the form of a credit card, personal check, cashiers check, or money order. For reservations made after November 16, 2012, full payment will be due upon receipt of confirmation. All payments must be made in U.S. funds. There will be a $50.00 fee for all returned checks.

Guests arriving at embarkation without proper documentation may not join the voyage and will NOT be entitled to a refund.
U.S. citizens taking “closed-loop” cruises are not required to have a passport, but will need proof of citizenship such as an original or certified copy of a birth certificate, a certificate of naturalization, a passport card, an enhanced driver’s license (EDL) as well as a government-issued photo ID. Children are also required to bring proof of citizenship, and if 16 and over, a photo ID is also required. Although a passport is not required for U.S. citizens taking “closed loop” cruises, we strongly recommend all guests travel with a passport (valid for at least six months beyond completion of travel). Having a passport will enable guests to fly from the U.S. to a foreign port in the event they miss their scheduled embarkation or to fly back to the U.S. if they need to disembark the ship mid-cruise due to an emergency. Airport Shuttle Complimentary 24-hour airport shuttle service is available from the Orlando Internation Airport (MCO). After retreiving your luggage, please call 407-240-7200 and a shuttle will be sent to pick you up.
Transportation to the Ship on February 24th Transporation will be available for purchase for guests attending the Ligonier Cruise. The transfers will pick you up from the Courtyard Airport Hotel and transfer you to St. Andrews Chapel for Sunday service. At the conclusion of the service, you will then be immediately transferred to Port Canaveral to board the ship. The cost of transfers to and from the ship will be forthcoming.
Ligonier National Conference Attendees All guests attending the Ligonier National Conference prior to the cruise are responsible for their own transportatoin to and from the conference site.
